Canada Economic Development has been a partner of Algo Québec inc. from early on, through the Coastal Quebec Program, a special fund aimed at strengthening the economic fabric of fishing communities affected by the groundfish crisis by stimulating the establishment and expansion of local SMEs and developing new markets.
